The Doctors told my Mother & Father in 1941 they wanted to “Take me” (Abort me), because carrying me would probably kill my Mom. She said “NO!!” and carried me 9 months even though it made Her Very Sick (my Dad told me about it) and 77 years Later, Here I am, and only GOD knows why.
Have you ever had a Big City School Board Tell Your Parents that You Were “Stupid” and Would “Never Learn to Read, Write or do Arithmetic” and that you “would never get or keep a job and support yourself”? I Have.
Have you ever walked a Mile in My Shoes? Have you ever Been Where I Have Been? Have you ever done What I Have Done?
Have you ever seen What I Have Seen? Trust me at 3am in the morning people do really dumb things.
Have you ever helped your Dad Build a House? Then you lived in it as a home with your Mom and Dad? I Have
Have you ever had your Mom and Dad teaches you how to read and write using the Family’s Holy Bible? I Have.
Have you ever gone to a library and taken out a book you couldn’t read so your Dad could teach you auto mechanics and learn to read and use your hands and tools at the same time? I Have.
Have you ever helped run a power plant with high pressure steam, liquid ammonia refrigeration and 9 cylinder ammonia pumps? I Have.
Have you ever helped supervise an Electrical 120 KV (120,000 Volts) Power Drop Down Substation? I Have.
Have you ever lived in and worked on Chicago’s South Side and lived with a wonderful family as a guest? I Have.
Have you ever lived and worked in Detroit’s “Hell’s Kitchen”? I Have.
Have you ever worked two full time jobs at the same time? I Have.
Have you ever worked 100+ hours in one week? I Have.
Have you ever driven a semi-tractor trailer truck from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean? I Have.

Have you ever stopped to help a stranded motorist at any hour of the night? I Have

Have you ever had a loaded gun held in your face? I Have.
Have you ever been shot at while on the job or helping someone? I Have.
Have you ever tried to do something and failed? I Have.
Have you ever succeeded at the little things and failed at the big things? I Have.
Have you ever crawled through a burning house trying to save someone’s life? I Have.
Have you ever saved a child from the back seat of a burning car? I Have.
Have you ever fallen off a porch toward a concrete parking lot and landed in what felt like a very soft hammock? I Have. Ask Gary & Sandy they witnessed what happened when I should have been badly injured and was standing where I should have been laying.
Have you ever been married 3 times and failed at that all 3? I have.
Twice in my life I’ve been told I’m NOT welcome in “their” Church. Once in a small town with Farms all around, when I went in the door a man told me I didn’t meet the “Churches Dress Code” and another time at another Church I was told by the Church’s Pastor “You’re Divorced, Don’t Come Back Here” been there on the curb like Johnny Paycheck, I Know the Feeling Lord. I’m Here, Only by the Grace of GOD, and Wonderful Parents who really cared for me even when I failed them, they never gave up on me.
If YOU Have NOT Seen the Things I have Seen, Been Where I Have Been, and Done What I Have Done, Then YOU Are NOT QUALIFIED To JUDGE Me. Only GOD Is, my JUDGE.
