Heartbeat to Eternity

Eternity  is only a Heartbeat Away

Are you Ready??

What did Jesus mean in this statement that is recorded several times? John 3:7 (Jesus)  Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Consider this: Matthew 19:14  But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

Mark 10:14  But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.

Luke 18:16  But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.

And then what did he mean? When He stated in Matthew 18:1-6 At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me. But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

To me it simply states that the profession of faith in Jesus Christ by whomever will humble themselves as a child as “a believer” or “born again” or “saved” or “converted” is going to Heaven someday to meet the Lord Jesus face to face.

Jesus speaking in Matthew 10:22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved. (saved)

Jesus speaking in Matthew 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. (converted)

John 3:16-18  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (believeth) (saved)

John 3:3  Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see thekingdom of God. (born again).

John 3:7 (Jesus)  Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again(born again).

1 Peter 1:21-23  Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God. Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. (believe in GOD)  (born again)

Salvation is so simple that while a child will understand it, well educated scholars will miss it because they get all tied up in the theology of a word or two. The play on a word or two or even more words is just a misunderstanding and is blown totally out of proportion by a lot of people and causes needless confusion and as we all know it says in 1 Corinthians 14:33  For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints. (author) (peace) (in all churches)

Why do so called adults make it so difficult?? It’s all in the word of GOD.

I Believe in, and love the Lord Jesus Christ. Who was born of a virgin, walked the earth as a man, suffered 39 stripes, shed his blood on the cross and died, was buried and rose from the dead on the third day, and ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of GOD the Father Almighty.

Psalms 1:1-3  Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

John 3:3-8  Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

John 3:16-17 (Jesus said)  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

John 14:6  Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

1 Peter 1:22-25  Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.

Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery.

Today is a gift, that’s why they call it the present!

Eternity is only a heartbeat away! Are you ready??
